When you submit a quote request, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, company, email address, phone number, shipping address, any notes, and the products and quantities on your list.

We don't take payments, show prices, or offer user accounts on this website, so we never ask for payment card or login details.

Your quote request is sent by email to our sales team so we can prepare your quote and follow up with you, and a copy is emailed to you for your records. A record of each submission is also kept on our web host.

We use this information only to respond to your request and serve you as a customer. We do not sell your personal information.

While you build a quote, the list of items is stored only in your own browser (using local storage) so it's still there if you leave and come back. It isn't sent to us until you submit the form. You can clear it at any time from the quote page or by clearing your browser data.

We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies on this website. If that changes, we'll update this page.
